| I have extensive
experience in writing features and news for print, web sites and
for broadcasting in radio or tv. My training includes awareness of legal
issues in publishing. I am a member of the NUJ and bound by both
its and the PCC's codes
of conduct. With a science and maths degree I make few mistakes in interpreting
data. I offer quick turnaround to brief or can provide proposals to
suit your publication.
As a writer I cover general topics and have relevant experience in politics and national policy, enterprise and small business, management, environment, travel, construction industry, science and technology. I can also offer the non-linear material demanded by multimedia and interactive technologies. There are archives of my published material on this and other sites. The NCTJ's distance learning course on Periodical Journalism quotes my work. My extensive contact book is the product of 40 years of international networking and researching. |
